Hey Jeff, I looked for you at Phoenix Comicon 2015 and I could not find you.
I saw that you had to cancel your Emerald City Comic Con this year, did you have time for Phoenix Comic Con?
-Bill in Surprise, AZ
regrettably, i couldn’t make it this year, Bill. i knew it was going to be iffy, but thought i might still be able to squeak in, when i suddenly booked 3 design gigs at a company i’m trying to get more regular work from. unfortunately, this meant i couldn’t go as i couldn’t turn the work down. sorry i missed you! how was the con, though!? i haven’t been able to talk to any of my con peers or peeps yet! having major convention withdrawals and missing you guys!!!
Hey, Thanks for returning the news and updating on why you didn’t make it this year. The Con was great for me! I had a comic book vendor friend who was not so impressed with the vendor layout and he thinks this was his last year selling comic books for him at Cons, he would rather be a participant and enjoy attending next year. My wife’s cousin was an artist/author at the Con this year and it was fun to see her on a panel.
The Phoenix Comicon is the only Con I attend, so to be honest, it’s a great experience for me every year!!
I like your website, and I hope to continue to keep in touch.
Happy Summer 2015!
