Guest Strip Updateon September 29, 2009 at 12:07 am
Since I only have about a week of shooting left on Grey Skies and have several more guest strips, I’ll be ramping up the posting frequency a bit as long as my Internet access holds up. So expect a new guest strip every day over the next week!
Also, thanks so much for all the comments you’ve been leaving on the guest strips that have already come out and for supporting the artists who have generously helped me out while I’m away by visiting their sites.
And since I haven’t explicitly said this yet, I consider these strips to be in the Alternate JEFbot Universe and not in JEFbot Universe Prime so you’ll see exciting stuff like: breaking of the fourth wall! Self-aware characters! Talking animals! Canon paradoxes! Etc! I love that these guest writer/artists are creating things that you wouldn’t normally see here – that’s what makes these guest strips so fun for me.
If you haven’t checked out the amazing guest strips from the past couple of weeks, please do so by clicking the following links:
• Guest Strip_01.Krishna Sadasivam, PC Weenies
• Guest Strip_02.Evan Diaz, Pajama Forest
• Guest Strip_03.D.Long, Edmund Finney’s Quest to Find the Meaning of Life
• Guest Strip_04.Audra Furuichi, nemu*nemu
New JEFbot Universe Prime strips should be Go next Friday!
Wow.. only a week left? Time seriously seemed to fly! Too bad I don’t live closer to MI, because I would come hang out with you and the crew. Can’t wait to hear more about your adventures in the woods, and from the sound of it.. it’s been quite an adventure so far! 😛 😉
trying to enjoy and appreciate every minute i have left here, Spanky! it’s definitely been an adventure. 🙂
If you visit Milwaukee city, you will find it’s very pretty, just two things you should beware; don’t drink the water and don’t breathe the air.
All joking aside, it’s sad to see that you’ll soon be leaving the wonderful Midwest, where the beer flows like water and everyone is friendly except the people that we actively shun.
As a Midwesterner myself (a Wisconsinite), I feel that first I must apologize for the recent rain. Second, I must remind you that Michigan is the boring one, except for Upper Michigan. Now Wisconsin, that’s an exciting state because of its proximity to Chicago.
Well, I said I’d get you a guest strip, and I really wanted to, but the last few weeks have been much busier than I anticipated and, uh… well… you said you’d be accepting them all through September, so that means I still have till midnight tonight, right?…
