a.) Yes. My sister Linda gave Michael an avocado for Christmas, knowing he was allergic to them.
b.) “Diabolical” needs to be back in the public vernacular.
hahahaha, that’s so eviiiiil~ 😉
yep! that’s how xinda rolls. heheh.
thanks, fig! where you been!? we’ve missed you. 🙂
diabolical is going back in my vernacular soon because of that.
excellent… my work here is done, rawr.
Hahahahaha!!!! It’s the thought that counts, Xinda. I didn’t just get an avocado. I love the Right Guard Body Spray, and the delicious Jelly Beans, too. 😀 How is XInda supposed to know that avocados make me vomit, swell up, and turn green? All that aside, this is a fantastic strip, bot! I love our expressions in the last strip. Your face, especially, made me laugh out loud. Oh, and thank you, Xinda, for the AMAZING Christmas presents even if I’m deathly allergic to one of them. Mwah!!!
oh, she knew, Michael. somehow, she knew.
i smell a CORNFATHER and XINDA spinoff!!!
i’m smellin’ somethin’ the cornfather did g., and it aint a spinoff!!! 😛
I too am deathly allergic to avocados… everyone always looks at me like I’m crazy when I have to order sushi with no avocado. I’m glad to know I’m not alone.
I loved the intensity of the search, tongue out a la Michael Jordan, in the 2nd panel.
thanks, man! glad you liked that 2nd panel. and yeah, sushi is sOOOoOOo good with avocado! sorry.
diabolical should be used in every day conversation. I will work in to at least three conversations today!
i agree, jhorsley3, and good luck on spreading the word! i have a phone meeting today where i should be able to sprinkle the word in at least a few times.
Too funny! … I love the Cornfathers tounge while he’s reaching in the bag for the “gift of death!” Excellent strip as always Jefbot… “I guess I totally misjudged her…”
thanks, dude! looks like the tongue is a hit! heheh.
diabolical indeed. i too, am allergic to the deadly green fruit (veggie?)
i used to not even like it when i was a kid, voudoukatt, but now i’m like, avocado crazy. i love it!
Jefbot, so great! I love the way you capture expressions and have such an amazing sense of humor!!! PS I love avocado…how do I get in Sister-bot’s good graces?!?
thanks, Jeff! be careful what you wish for, though. do you really want an avocado from xinda? 😉
that last panel… i can just hear Jeffbot speaking in a british accent a la Professor Watson… “DiaBOLical Holmes!”
i like it, Jed! british accents always make things funnier.
Diabolically clever strip! 🙂
ha! thanks, jAnonymous! you’re using the word already!!!
I smell a Cornfather / Xinda ROMANCE!
ohmygod, Stan. i just shuddered.
Aww, that’s too bad. I love guacamole!
me too! poor Cornfather. 🙁
I’m also a big fan of “curses” and anytime someone is “foiled”…although those are best said while wearing a black cape and preferably a top hat.
sometimes i like to wear a fake mustache too, John, just to twirl it.
I’ll have the ‘epi’ pen ready for the Cornfather!! Love the expressions – great strip!!!
thanks, Nurse Mary. i’m sure the Cornfather feels more secure already! 🙂
I wouldn’t declare Xinda so “innocent” no matter of all the good will christmas is suppose to bring. I don’t want her near me with anything “edible”. I don’t trust her!! *runs away in fear*
your instincts serve you well, Sonitan. that Michael thinks my sister’s intentions were innocent boggles my mind.
Haha, great comic Jeff, see ya tomorrow @ the party. Hopefully I wont slip going down the stairs again 🙂
ha! i’ll make sure those steps are nice and dry before you get there, Natalie!
THIS IS WAR!!!!!!
and you can kiss your last present goodbye – it just came today!
NO! that present is mine!!! and really, you can’t fault me for today’s strip since i didn’t sensationalize it at all this time. it’s actually pretty accurate!
Wow…all I have to say Linda is I’m not only impressed but envious. To know someone so well you can be that evil to them is just impressive. I wish I knew the Cornfather as such. 😀 And just for the record Avocado = Fruit because of the pit. Linda you are my new favorite evil woman, well right behind my wife of course. 😀
i would totally do that to someone. everybody that really knows me says im insanely evil, or evilly insane, whichever one you prefer
i managed to work diabolical right in at new years…..it was good.
haha! Diabolical….great strip Bot. Love the expressions, not so much the avocados though, never really have been a fan of them…even though they don’t turn me green and swollen
I just read this entire comic for the first time. You, sir, and your family/friends are incredibly funny!
diabolical indeed…(insert sinister laugh)
I heard “dianbolical” like the guy from Princess Bride who always says “Inconceivable!”…. and I am totally gonna start using both! 😀
i mean “diabolical”
i can’t wait ne longer. i’m going to sleep. in 45 min. it will be tomorrow! ;(
I’ve never seen Jefbot’s “diabolical” expression before. I like it.
I’m allergic to paper with silk threads in it and am terrified of images of Ben Franklin…..
is your sister really as DIABOLICAL as you make her seem in the comics? I’m starting to feel a little bad for all the negative vibe- sure its hilarious…but….she’s SOOO mean 😛
Mmm. I not big on avocado, but I love it in sushi!
I think ‘vernacular’ should be back in the public vernacular. Just saying.
Diabolical ISN’T in the public vernacular?! NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! You have ruined my diabolical plan!!!!
