Someone here theorized that when Mu wields the silly prop sword, it becomes the tool of ultimate badassery. Naturally, I’m expecting ‘bot to shatter the sword in about five seconds…

true that, HitD – bot needs to more than just shield Mu, he needs to knock that mouse OUT! we’ll see if he can get it together soon.
Y’know, maybe it’s because I was at the Legend of Zelda symphony last night (the premiere of their “second quest” season, no less!), but all I can imagine is ‘bot doing Link’s lead-up-to-battle “haaaah!”
OooOOh… i’ve wanted to check out the Zelda symphony, JOE! how was it? i have the CD of the orchestra doing that score and it’s amazing.
It was so cool…though I think I may have been a little outside the target market since I either didn’t play or didn’t finish any of the games.
The most surprising things to me was that A- there was no kind of display with concept art or anything in the lobby (my wife and I went to Star Wars in Concert a few years ago, which may have spoiled me a little bit) and B- the store only had t-shirts and posters…not even copies of Hyrule Historia.
Keep an eye on Groupon…my wife found a deal on a pair of tickets on there.
thanks for the Groupon tip, dude – i’d love to go check that concert out and get a shirt, too! but yeah, disappointing there was no concept art; i bought the Hyrule Historia a few months back and the art in that is amazing.

And what of this man, this Jefbot? Events will either make him into a great man, or utterly destroy him. I, for one, will hope for the “great man” ending

That creature obviously wasn’t using the “crane technique”, or at least the creature wasn’t doing it correctly. As we know with the crane technique, “if do right, no can defense.”

heheh. that would be nice to see, Justice_Junkies, although we’ll see if bot’s triumphant during this battle or not. he should definitely try and use some of his Scrawn Powers, if possible, though!

The question is: Will Jefbot be able to continue holding on to his peaceful ways? Stuff Happens (keeping it clean here), especially in a fight. How will he handle himself if he accidentally kills his opponent?
that’s a good question, KB – no doubt jefbot will be tested on this very thing throughout this storyline, and whether he can get through it without any blood on his hands will be difficult.
Don’t know if this was mentioned in comments on previous pages, but I’m beginning to notice sort of a connection between what’s happening here, and everything with the Angry Scarf… I think Jefbot’s gonna tap into all that pretty quick here 😀
we’ll see, Iak – if bot knew exactly where the Angry Scarf had gone off to after their last adventure, he definitely would’ve brought it along! i’m sure he’s wishing it was with him right about now, especially after the next strip…

i didn’t go this year but i did watch the Microsoft and Sony press conferences, JGT. i think i’ll wait to preorder anything so i can make a more educated decision later on, but Playstation came out very strong this year!
